KinetiXx is a brand of W+R PRO GmbH based in Germany. Besides Germany, we deliver to the following EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

We also ship to these non-EU countries: Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland.

You can choose from the following payment methods at KinetiXx:

PayPal and PayPal Checkout: With PayPal we offer you the four most popular payment methods PayPal, direct debit, credit card and purchase on account. This is also possible without a PayPal account. With PayPal Checkout you can pay directly and securely, even without a customer account with us.

Klarna: With the Klarna payment system, you can pay securely and easily by direct bank transfer using your online banking details (PIN/TAN) and without registration. We receive a real-time confirmation once your transfer has been completed, so we can dispatch your order immediately.


Is it possible to pay two months later with Klarna?

Yes, Klarna gives you the option of paying your invoice in two months' time. To do this, you must select this option when completing your order, in which case the purchase price will be due at the earliest two months after the order is placed. Klarna will send you an invoice with the corresponding payment term. This option incurs additional fees.


These are:

- 0,29 € for an order value from 10,00 € to 13,99 €

- 0,39 € for an order value from 14,00 € to 19,99 €

- 0,59 € for an order value from 20,00 € to 24,99 €

- 0,69 € for an order value from 25,00 € to 29,99 €

- 0,79 € for an order value from 30,00 € to 34,99 €

- 0,99 € for an order value from 35,00 € to 49,99 €

- 1,39 € for an order value from 50,00 € to 69,99 €

- 1,59 € for an order value from 70,00 € to 109,99 €

- 2,99 € for an order value from 110,00 € to 159,99 €

- 3,99 € for an order value from 160,00 € to 199,99 €


To take advantage of this offer, you must order goods for at least €10 but no more than €199.99. You can find more information directly on the Klarna website. When completing your order, you can choose which payment method you would like to use for your purchase. Your security is very important to us and your data is safe with us.

You must enter your discount code exactly as you received it from us, without spaces and with the appropriate upper and lower case.

Copy the discount code and check the box "I have a voucher" in your shopping cart. Then a field will open where you can paste your discount code. In your shopping cart you can also select your preferred shipping method and, if you come over a certain amount, secure a premium item. You will see immediately if your code was accepted or not.


Please note the following:

You must enter the discount code before your checkout - discount codes cannot be applied retroactively.

Also, you can only redeem one discount code per order, and most codes can only be redeemed once per customer.

Discount codes cannot be used for gift card purchases or delivery.

Some discount codes only apply to select items and most codes are only valid during a specific time period.

Also, a discount code may only be available for delivery to select countries.


If you continue to have problems with your discount code, contact our customer support team directly via e-Mail.

You will find the estimated delivery date in your order confirmation email.

Please keep in mind that this date is only an approximate estimate. So your order may arrive a little earlier, on the exact day, or a little later than your estimated delivery date. Check your tracking link to see the delivery progress of your order. You have already waited for your expected delivery date? Please wait a few extra days (especially at times when there is a high volume of packages) before contacting us. Our delivery people always do their best to make sure you receive your order as soon as possible.

Make sure you keep an eye on your tracking link so you don't miss any updates.

If your order does not arrive, please notify us within 30 days from the date your package should have arrived. We will do our best to help you. If an item in your order is not delivered, please notify us within 30 days of the delivery date.

The delivery times to other European countries as well as to non-EU countries may vary due to current situations and the delivery conditions to the respective country. We can therefore not guarantee a specific date or make universal statements, as individual orders may be longer on the road.

How do I issue a return?

To initiate your return from Germany, simply follow the steps below: Log in to My Account and click on "Orders". Now you should have the option to view each order or create a return for each order. By clicking on "Return" you can create your return. In the next step you have to select all items you want to return and choose an explicit reason for your return. You can also write us a comment about your return, so that we can minimize possible returns in the future. Now you just have to click on "Create return" and your return will be processed. 

 IMPORTANT: After this step please print out the return PDF (Print Return) and attach it to your order. This way we can assign your returned items directly to your order and process your return faster. Afterwards you only have to print out the DHL label or save the DHL QR code and bring your parcel to the post office. We recommend that you remove or cover the original shipping label from us when making your return. Please be sure to get a shipping receipt and keep it safe.

Changed your mind or forgot one or more items when creating your return?

Don't worry - you can simply create a new QR code for those items.


Return policy and time frame

You can return items within 21 days of receipt or the date the package was ready for pickup. You will receive a refund to your original payment method used. The amount will be credited to your account within 10 business days. It may take up to 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your return to be received and processed. You can track your shipment online using the tracking number on your return receipt. We will send you a confirmation email once we have inspected and processed the returned goods.

All returns are inspected upon arrival. If an item is returned to us that is damaged, already worn, or otherwise in unacceptable condition, we will not be able to issue you a refund and we may return the item to you (and ask you to cover the shipping costs).

You want to return an item?

We understand. Sometimes an article just isn't right for you, or you just imagined the article differently. As long as the item is still in its original condition, we accept free returns, subject to the rules listed below, which include our fair use policy. If you return an item within 21 days from the date of delivery or the date your package was ready for pickup, we will arrange a refund to your original payment method used. We will do our best to process your refund within 14 days of receiving your returned item.


And after that?

After the respective return periods, we do not accept returns for unwanted items.

In order for a return to be processed and the purchase price credited, the returned item must be in perfect and unworn condition. Of course, it is okay to try on an item as you would in a store, but please do not wear items you are planning to return. Afterwards, please send the item back to us with the price tag. All returns will be inspected upon arrival. If an item is returned to us that is damaged, already worn, or otherwise in unacceptable condition, we will not be able to issue you a refund. Please make sure your items are securely packed and cannot be damaged in transit. Be sure to get a shipping receipt so we can make sure your return is on its way to us. We are not responsible for items that are accidentally returned to us.


Fair use

If we notice an unusual pattern in your returns that seems odd, and where we suspect, for example, that someone is wearing their ordered items and then returning them, or that the returned items do not match what you ordered - we may have to deactivate the account in question, as well as any associated accounts. If this happens and you think we have made a mistake, please contact us immediately.

Please note that we reserve the right to take legal action against you if the items you return do not match the ones you ordered.

We do not offer exchanges, but you can still return your order to us. If you would like to purchase a different size or color, please return the unwanted item and place a new order.

If you receive an item that you did not order, please return it to us. We will arrange a refund for you once the item reaches our warehouse.

How can you return the incorrect item to us?

To initiate your return, follow the same procedure as for a return, see "How do I return my order or any part of it?" for detailed instructions. Be sure to get a return receipt and keep it safe, as it will serve as proof of your return.

Return methods

In our returns portal you can see which return methods are available to you. If you choose a different return method, you will be responsible for the cost of the return.


All returned items are inspected upon arrival at our warehouse. If an item arrives in previously worn or damaged condition, or is otherwise in unacceptable condition, your return may be refused and we may have to ship the returned item back to you at your expense.

Since 01 July 2021, the new EU-wide VAT reform will apply. If a certain sales threshold is reached in the year for orders here in our online store, the sales tax must be paid in the corresponding destination country of the order. However, since there is no uniform VAT rate within the EU, the different percentages of the countries must be considered. The KinetiXx online store is based in Germany and therefore indicates the prices with a VAT of 19%. But if you order from Denmark (25% VAT) or Poland (23% VAT), we have to calculate with your VAT rate and the prices for the gloves will change accordingly.

You can sign up for our KinetiXx newsletter at any time. You can find the form at the bottom of every page here in the online shop. After you have filled out the form, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us. Here you have to confirm your e-mail address once again and then you are subscribed to our newsletter. In your second email, after successful registration, you will also receive a welcome voucher from us, which you can redeem directly with your next order.

If you no longer wish to receive news or regular information about KinetiXx, you can of course unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time.

No, you don't need a customer account to shop at KinetiXx, as you can also order from us as a guest. However, we recommend that you create an account so you can track your orders more easily and stay up to date on what's new at KinetiXx.

It's a bummer that we're losing you as a customer. If you want to close your account, contact us via e-Mail and tell us both your billing address and the email address you used to register with us in the store. We will deactivate your account and confirm your cancellation by email.

In order to make our website as good as possible for everyone who is interested in our products, we need various tracking tools. These include Google Analytics, for example. The data collected with these tools shows us which content and areas interest the most people and where and how we can improve our services. To make this tracking work, we use Google Tag Manager. This allows us to manage data from a common location. Google Tag Manager itself is a domain that does not set cookies and therefore does not store personal data. It is a management tool of the implemented tags. The Google Tag Manager only shares data if there is explicit consent. This means that subsequently the data in the Google Tag Manager is forwarded to the respective tracking tools, but is not stored by the Tag Manager in the process. User data is only collected after consent has been obtained on behalf of the DSGVO.

If you have ordered a personalised item from us, it cannot be exchanged. Any item that has been made especially for you and has personalised features cannot be returned.

As these items have been created for your individual requirements, we cannot accept returns unless the items have defects or manufacturing faults.

In the event of defects or manufacturing faults, please contact our customer service immediately at info@kinetixx.de and describe the problem with your personalised glove so that we can find a solution together as quickly as possible. Once a personalised order has been placed, it is no longer possible to make changes. Therefore, make sure that you check all details carefully when placing your order, paying attention to the correct spelling, capitalisation and size of the gloves.
