Shipping costs

Our shipping costs for deliveries within Germany are €3.50 per order. From an order value of €50, we deliver free of charge within Germany, with the exception of the German islands. For deliveries to the North and East Frisian Islands, Helgoland and the islands of Hiddensee and Chiemsee, there is an island fee of €12, which is also payable for orders over €50.

 

Delivery

We ship our items within Germany with DPD. Delivery usually takes place within 1-3 working days.

Delivery times and costs vary for orders to other European countries and non-EU countries. With Warenpost International we offer shipping up to an order value of €150 and a maximum weight of one kilogramme. The shipping costs are €5.95 per parcel, regardless of whether the destination country is inside or outside the EU. We ship larger orders with DPD and the shipping costs vary depending on the destination country.

Delivery times to other European countries and non-EU countries may vary due to the delivery conditions in the respective country. We therefore cannot guarantee a specific date or make universal statements, as individual orders may take longer to arrive.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may be incurred in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which are to be covered by you. These include, for example, costs for the transfer of money by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties). Dispatch on the day of order

For orders placed and paid for before 12 noon (except on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays), the delivery leaves our warehouse on the same day. We therefore do not offer express delivery, as standard delivery is usually very fast.

 

Returns policy

If you wish to return an item, you can do so within 20 days from the date of delivery, as long as the item is in perfect and unworn condition. To arrange a return, log in to your customer account under "Orders" and print out the corresponding DHL label. If you have ordered as a guest, you can register your return in the returns portal with your order number and email address. Please note that it is currently only possible to create returns via the returns portal within Germany. We are already working on a solution for returns from other European countries.

IMPORTANT: Print out the returns PDF (Print returns) and enclose it with your order. This is the quickest and safest way for us to allocate your returned items to your order and process your return more quickly.

We recommend that you remove or cover the original shipping label from us when you return an item. Please make sure you obtain a proof of dispatch and keep it in a safe place.

If you order from Germany and keep goods worth at least €50, we will cover the return shipping costs for you. If the value of the goods is less or you are ordering from abroad, you will have to pay the return shipping costs yourself. Tip: If you paid via PayPal, PayPal may cover your return shipping costs. You can find more information about this on the PayPal website.

All returned items will be inspected upon arrival. Items that are damaged, worn or otherwise in an unacceptable condition cannot be refunded. We recommend that you pack items securely and keep proof of postage. If we notice any unusual patterns in your returns, we reserve the right to deactivate your account and take legal action if necessary.

You will receive a refund to your original payment method. The amount will be credited to your account within 10 working days.

It can take up to 14 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for us to receive and process your return. You can track your parcel online using the tracking number on your return receipt. We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we have checked and processed the returned goods.

 

Exchanges and personalisation

We do not offer exchanges, but you can still return your order to us. If you would like to purchase a different size or colour, please return the unwanted item and place a new order.

Personalised items cannot be exchanged as any item that has been made especially for you and has personalised features cannot be returned. As these items have been created for your individual requirements, we cannot accept returns unless the items have defects or manufacturing faults.

In the case of defects or manufacturing errors, please contact our customer service immediately at info@kinetixx.de and describe the problem with your personalised glove so that we can find a solution together as quickly as possible.

Once a personalised order has been placed, it is generally no longer possible to make changes. Therefore, make sure that you check all details carefully when placing your order, paying attention to the correct spelling, capitalisation and size of the gloves.
